• Data Deposit Box™ is a comprehensive online PC backup solution enabling everyday PC users to easily backup, restore, and share information online.

• Data Deposit Box™ was developed in house with over 2 years and 2 million dollars going into its development. In late 2002 it was ready for market.

• In addition to providing services for individual customers, Data Deposit Box™ is provided as a white-label software and service product through channel partners. Partners such as Internet Service Providers and Value Added Resellers can offer the high-margin service to their customers by simply licensing the turnkey solution.

• In January 2004 the Company signed its first Channel Partner, Primus Canada. Since then, Primus has signed up approximately 350 business customers and plans to introduce the product to its residential market in October.

• Other ISPs located in Canada, the US and Australia have also launched recently: these include Argent Solutions, Magma, Telecomm Ottawa, and Interbaun Communications.
