“I signed up to use your service several years ago. I downloaded the interface, set it up to backup all my data file and let it do its thing. I never really paid that much attention to it. Until last week. I own a small CPA firm, and experienced a hard drive failure. As a result, my hard drive had to be reformatted. It only took me about 8 hours to get back up and running. First I reinstalled all my programs. Then I downloaded all my data files from your service. And your software made it so easy to do. The best thing, is that due to your continous backup service, I was right where I was up to the point of the hard drive failure!!!! I lost no data, nor did I have to recontruct any work. Your service made what could have been a nightmare, just a little bump in the road. I told a few friends and business associates about what happened to me, and I may have a few new customers for you.
