Backup Outlook Email, Contacts, & Calendar

Create and automatic Outlook Backup with all of your Microsoft Outlook Email, Contacts, and Calendar data.

All of your Microsoft Outlook Email, Contacts, and Calendar data are stored in a file called Outlook.pst (Personal Folder File). This vitally important file is hidden deep within your PC. It is critical that you create an Outlook backup of this file on a daily basis.

How To make an Outlook Backup Automatically

When you install the Outlook Backup Agent on your computer, the software will automatically locate and select the folder containing your Outlook data files. Once installed, Outlook backups will happen each time you close Outlook. The process is fully automatic and there is nothing you need to do.

Even though these PST files are quite large, your ongoing Outlook backups will be quite fast. Imagine you have a 100MB Outlook PST file. The first Outlook backup will send 100MB of data. This will take some time. Now imagine you then receive 2MB worth of new email. The next Outlook backup will send only the 2MB of new data. If you receive another 3MB worth of new email, your next Outlook backup will be only send 3MB.

You now have multiple Outlook backups and have the ability to restore back to any one of those versions. Even though you have made 3 Outlook backups, you are only using slightly more space than the size of the original file. In this example, the file will be saved as 100MB + 2MB + 3MB = 105MB. Ongoing Outlook backups will be fast and use minimal storage space.
